(“Receiver of Confidential Information / Company”)
between the Parties on the following terms. The Parties shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties”.
1. Subject of the Contract
This agreement includes all kinds of information shared within the scope of reservation, tour and boat rental services. commercial information, business data and personal data regulates the principles regarding the protection, processing and storage of confidentiality.

8. Liability and Compensation

9. Enforcement and Duration

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

In Disputes Fethiye Courts and Enforcement Offices is authorized.
